At UnlikeHumansLTD, we specialise in digital photography products. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any digital products once a purchase has been completed. This includes all downloadable files, digital images, and online content.

Access & Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us at unlikehumansltd@proton.me. We will ensure you receive the product you purchased.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Files

If you receive the wrong files, corrupted files, or incomplete content, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase with details of the issue.

Once verified, we will provide a corrected or replacement file. Refunds will not be issued.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the case and may offer a resolution at our discretion.

European Union Consumer Rights

Under EU and UK consumer laws, digital products are typically not eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period once the download or access has begun, provided you agreed to this at checkout.
